Whether Powerlifting is your hobby, or you want to set a new record, I got you covered. Powerlifting is comprised of the squat, bench, and deadlift. Powerlifters must achieve a high level of strength relative to their body weight in order to be competitive in their sport. With the right programming and watchful eye of a coach, you can build strength in the big 3 lifts at a rapid rate, that is where I come in. I have great experience in programming athletes by knowing how to adjust volume and intensity in various rep schemes. Not all athletes are the same and that is why having someone who understands the principal of individual differences and how to apply this to an athlete’s program is very important. What to expect when training under me in powerlifting? Programming techniques you have never done before, accessory exercises you have never done before, unconventional methods, and rapid improvements on the platform where it matters most.
